About SchoolTiters and LabReqs

We help students and families get compliance testing done, without the runaround.

If you're on this page, you probably already tried the "normal" path — a doctor's appointment for a routine titer, a pharmacy visit for a TB test, a call to a pediatrician's office that hasn't returned your call in three days. Somewhere in that process, you ended up looking for a faster way. That's what we do.

What we do

We're a lab testing and physical exam service focused on the specific problem of getting immunity titers, TB tests, and required physicals done affordably and fast — without the runaround of a full primary care visit for what should be routine paperwork.

Most of our customers are:

  • Nursing students preparing for clinicals
  • Medical, PA, dental, and allied health students entering programs
  • Parents helping their kids through school compliance requirements
  • Employees whose new job requires TB screening, immunity documentation, or a pre-employment physical
  • Schools and camps requiring student physicals
  • International students or workers who need US-format lab documentation

We're not a general-purpose primary care practice and we're not trying to be. We focus on compliance testing and required physicals — the specific paperwork side of health documentation — and do it well.

How we got here

Our clinic operations have been providing lab services and physical exams on demand since 2008. We saw the same conversation happen over and over: someone in a hurry, a compliance requirement they didn't understand, and no easy way to get the specific tests or exam they needed without booking a full primary care visit first.

About ten years ago we moved the lab ordering process online. Same physician-signed lab orders. Same accredited labs (LabCorp and Quest). Same real people answering the phone. Just without the friction of scheduling a doctor's appointment for something you know exactly what you need.

That's still what SchoolTiters and LabReqs are today. Different websites for slightly different audiences — SchoolTiters for students and school compliance, LabReqs for the broader occupational and general public — but the same operation behind the scenes.

Physicals — school, workplace, and pre-employment

In addition to lab testing, we coordinate required physicals through the same nationwide partner network we use for lab draws. This includes:

  • School physicals for K-12 students, sports participation, and dual-enrollment health programs
  • Workplace and pre-employment physicals for jobs that require documented physical exams
  • DOT and occupational physicals where required
  • International student physicals for schools that require exam documentation on top of titers

Most school and workplace physicals take about 20-30 minutes and include the standard elements: vitals, vision screening, a review of medical history, and completion of the form your school or employer provided. You bring the form to your appointment, the partner clinic performs the exam, and the finalized form goes back through our medical staff.

Here's where we're different: our clinicians and MDs in Richardson and Tulsa complete and sign the school and employer forms directly. A lot of parents get school physicals done at a walk-in clinic only to find out later the form was filled out incorrectly, signed by someone without the right credentials, or missing sections the school required. That kind of mistake burns days. Because our medical team reviews and signs the paperwork, we catch those issues before the form goes out. If the school has a specific format or a specific credential requirement, we handle it.

Order online and we'll route you to the closest partner site for the exam — same as lab draws. Our team handles the paperwork on the back end.

What we're careful about

Privacy. Lab results are protected health information. When we email results, they're password-protected PDFs, and the password is bound directly to the file. We don't discuss individual patient information over social media, we don't share results without explicit customer authorization, and we handle every report the same way regardless of whether it went to a nursing student or a Fortune 500 employee.

Accuracy. We match every incoming result against the customer who ordered it before we send. If a name doesn't match, if a date of birth doesn't match, we hold the report and reach out to the customer directly. It slows things down occasionally. We think that's the right trade.

Compliance and licensing. The physicians who sign lab orders are actually licensed. The labs that process the tests are actually accredited. The reports we send are actually real. We know some online lab services cut corners on these things. We don't.

Who we serve

We serve customers nationwide. Blood draws happen at LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, occupational health clinics, and pharmacy partners. Physicals happen at occupational clinics and provider partners in the same partner network. Most Americans live within a few miles of one of these sites. If you're in a rural area, we can help you find the closest one.

We don't operate walk-in locations. Everything is ordered online, and services are performed at partner sites near you. This partner-network model is what lets us keep prices low and coverage wide.

Our team

Here's something that separates us from most online lab services: we're not just a website. We operate two offices in Richardson, Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma — not for walk-in customers, but as the working homes for our clinical team.

Real physicians and clinicians work at those offices every day. They review the lab orders that go out. They handle the medical questions that come in. They oversee the safety checks on every result before it's released. When a customer calls with a question that needs a clinical eye, the answer comes from someone with actual medical training, not a script.

Most online lab services are pure e-commerce operations — checkout page, third-party physician network for e-signatures, results forwarded automatically. That model works until something goes wrong. Ours is designed so that when something does need attention, there's a real medical team behind the response.

What customers say — a real cross-section

We didn't cherry-pick these. They're from our public reviews page:

"Amazing company. I found them when I was looking for titer for vaccinations for school. I was at my wits end with the prices that are charged at the lab places for one lab test let alone three. LabReqs is a god send for students. I will definitely be using them again. The lab results were back in one day." — Uneeda Robinson
"It was so easy, I felt totally comfortable getting my blood drawn. This is a legitimate review and I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a simple test done." — Amanda T.
"I ran a staffing company and place medical professionals. I use LabReqs.com all the time." — R P.
"I found this service on the internet and needed it for my daughter to get into a Rad Tech internship. It was perfect. It was also over $600.00 less than the cost of doing the tests individually." — Joan Korth
"This is a legitimate service. I was skeptical since I did not know anyone who had used this website, but I decided to look at the services anyway. Definitely recommend." — Barbara Castellanos

What we're not

We're conservative about what we take on. Some things we deliberately don't do:

  • We don't do routine primary care. We don't diagnose ongoing conditions, prescribe long-term medications, or manage chronic disease. If your results come back concerning, we tell you to see a primary care provider.
  • We don't handle old vaccine record retrieval. If you had shots as a kid and need proof they happened, that's a records request from your pediatrician or state immunization registry — not a lab test.
  • We don't advertise ourselves as a replacement for medical care. We're a specific tool for a specific set of problems: compliance testing and required physicals. That's the whole business.
