Refund policy

Upon receiving customer-initiated cancellation and refund requests within 21 days of placing an order, our dedicated team strives to process such requests promptly, typically within 24 hours.

To initiate a refund, customers are kindly requested to send an email to customerservice@labreqs.com, specifying their name or order number along with the intention to cancel. Please note that we strictly adhere to email correspondence for cancellation purposes and do not accept cancellations over the phone.

Refunds for such cancellations will be issued for the cost of the testing, deducting a nominal 20% processing fee. This transparent deduction aligns with our operational costs and ensures equitable handling of cancellations.

In cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to non-compliance with state laws or regulations, or if an order is not approved, customers can expect a complete refund of the amount paid.

For cancellation requests made beyond the initial 21-day window, we extend the courtesy of providing credit for future testing services. This approach allows us to maintain flexibility while ensuring that customers receive value for their transactions even after the initial purchase period has elapsed.
