DISA also owns American DataBank, the parent of Complio. Separately, the Bridges EXP clinical-experience platform shut down entirely on June 30, 2026. The documentation requirements themselves — titers, TB tests, vaccines — have not changed.

What changed in 2026

1. CastleBranch became DISA Healthcare Technology

DISA Global Solutions is a Houston-based employee-screening conglomerate that acquired CastleBranch's screening and compliance business in March 2024. In 2026, DISA officially retired the CastleBranch brand and moved schools and students to disahealthcare.com. If you're logging into what used to be castlebranch.com, you may find yourself redirected or asked to create a new account.

2. DISA now owns two of the biggest compliance platforms

DISA also owns American DataBank, the company behind Complio. That means the two largest brand names in nursing-program compliance tracking — DISA Healthcare Technology and Complio — are now under the same corporate parent, even though they still run as separate platforms with separate student portals for now.

3. Bridges EXP shut down on June 30, 2026

Bridges EXP was the clinical-experience platform many programs used for rotation scheduling, document management, and clinical site coordination. It ceased operations entirely on June 30, 2026, forcing programs to migrate to alternative tools mid-summer — right as fall cohorts started onboarding. If your program feels like it's in transition, this is likely part of the reason.

What did NOT change

Your documentation requirements are the same. MMR titer, Varicella titer, quantitative Hepatitis B titer, TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON), Tdap vaccine, flu vaccine, physical exam, BLS CPR — whatever your program required in 2024 or 2025 still applies. The portal you upload to may look different, but the document standards are unchanged.

What a compliant lab report still needs to include

Regardless of which portal you're uploading to, a titer or lab report needs to have:

• Your full legal name and date of birth (matching the name on file with your program).
• The date the blood was collected.
• The name and address of the CLIA-certified performing lab.
• The specific test performed (e.g., "Rubeola IgG, quantitative").
• Numeric result with units (mIU/mL, IU/mL, etc.).
• Reference range indicating what value counts as positive/immune.
• Typed format — handwritten reports are almost universally rejected.

Practical upload tips (all portals)

• Upload PDFs, not photos. JPEG and HEIC files are often flagged as illegible.
• Upload each immunization separately. If a report lists multiple vaccines or titers, some portals want each item as its own entry rather than one combined file.
• Access the portal from a computer. Mobile browsers frequently break the upload flow.
• Keep every document you submit. If you ever change programs or apply for clinical placements elsewhere, you'll need to re-upload the same documents.
• Watch your deadlines. Most programs require full compliance 30–60 days before clinicals begin.
