Oregon immunization rules for students

College and university students

Full-time undergraduate and graduate students born on or after January 1, 1957, must show measles vaccination. Part-time requirements vary; institutions may require COVID-19 or meningococcal vaccination. (source)

K–12 school entry (including high-school CNA and dual-enrollment students)

Oregon requires age- and grade-dependent DTaP, Tdap, polio, varicella, MMR, hepatitis B, hepatitis A, and Hib immunizations through 12th grade. Requirements are unchanged for 2026–2027. (source)

Many programs accept a quantitative titer as proof of immunity when vaccine records are missing or incomplete. If your program requires a specific test, such as a quantitative Hep B surface antibody or a QuantiFERON TB blood test, order that exact test.
